These Terms & Conditions govern your use of kentroxe.com and the platform provided by Zenithowt Limited ("Kentroxe", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our website or platform, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Kentroxe provides a marketing automation platform including email, SMS, chat automation, CRM, link management, and analytics. Features available depend on your selected plan.

2. Plans & Payment

Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are stated in euros and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. There are no setup fees and you may cancel at the end of your billing period.

3. Acceptable Use

• Send only to recipients who have given consent;
• Comply with applicable anti-spam and marketing regulations;
• Do not use the platform for unlawful or harmful content.

4. Intellectual Property

The platform, its software, and content remain the property of Zenithowt Limited. Your data remains yours.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding three months.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with reasonable notice. Fees for the current period remain payable.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
