This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for the Kentroxe platform, provided by Zenithowt Limited ("Kentroxe", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied within the first seven (7) days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund of that period — no questions asked.

2. Recurring Subscriptions

After the initial period, subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. You may cancel anytime to prevent future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us with your account details and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
